Five stars just isn’t enough! Donna, Jeff and the whole First For Pets team are brilliant at what they do. Our rescue dog, Poppy, attends day care with them and recently Donna came to stay in our home with Poppy whilst we were off getting married and then took her back to doggy day care at theirs during the daytime. Jeff then delivered her to us so we could spend our last couple of days away together.
I cannot express enough my appreciation for First for Pets catering to Poppy’s anxieties, but mainly mine! I don’t have to worry when Pops is with them, because I know she’s loved and looked after. The regular photos and videos help too!
Poppy is always thrilled to see Donna and Jeff, she jumps out the car and doesn’t look back.

I honestly cannot rate Donna and First For Pets highly enough.
For anyone looking for a professional and reliable service, as well as someone who will really love your pets look no further! Donna took on the mammoth task of looking after my two dogs, tortoise and hedgehog whilst I was away for three weeks on my honeymoon.
She came to meet everyone beforehand, and built a relationship with the dogs who can be really nervous of strangers at first. This made me feel so at ease seeing how professional and trustworthy Donna was.
She kept me regularly updated with how everyone was doing and made me feel so comfortable knowing that my house and pets were being so well cared for!
On our return, the house was absolutely spotless (which is no easy task!!) and we just found the entire experience fantastic.
Knowing how wonderful Donna and First for Pets are makes me feel happier about planning future trips away.
