First For Pets

Welcome to First For Pets - Your Trusted Partner in Dog Walking!

Are you facing any of these familiar situations?

Is your beloved dog missing out on their walks?

You find yourself working late at the office or struggling to meet tough deadlines while working from home.

Your dog becomes bored and restless, resorting to chewing or excessive barking in your absence.

Temporary or permanent health reasons prevent you from taking your furry friend for regular walks.

The demands of today’s fast-paced lifestyle leave you constantly busy and unable to give your dog the attention they deserve.

You often feel too exhausted at the end of a long day to take your dog for a walk.

We understand that it can be challenging to juggle multiple responsibilities, and unfortunately, it’s often our loyal companions who suffer by not getting the exercise they need. That’s where First For Pets steps in to make a difference.

Our team of experienced and reliable Pet Carers is here to alleviate the stress and headaches, ensuring your dog receives the exercise they deserve.

Let’s take a look at the numerous benefits your dog will experience from regular walks:

Improved Health: Regular walks contribute to your dog’s overall health and well-being. Exercise helps maintain a healthy weight, strengthens muscles, and improves cardiovascular health.

Behavioural Improvement: Walking is not just about physical exercise; it also plays a significant role in behavioural development. Dogs that receive regular walks tend to exhibit fewer destructive behaviours, as they have an outlet for their energy and mental stimulation.

Mental Stimulation: Walks provide an opportunity for your dog to explore the world, engage their senses, and encounter new sights, sounds, and smells. This mental stimulation is crucial for their overall mental health and helps prevent boredom and frustration.

Socialisation: Dogs are social creatures, and regular walks offer valuable socialisation opportunities. Our First For Pets walkers ensure that your furry friend gets to interact with other dogs and people during their walks, promoting positive social behaviour and reducing anxiety around unfamiliar situations.

Improved Digestion and Urinary Health: Regular exercise aids in maintaining a healthy digestive system and promotes proper urinary health. By keeping your dog active, you can help prevent constipation, regulate bowel movements, and support their overall digestive well-being.

Regardless of your dog’s age, they will undoubtedly enjoy their walks with First For Pets. The interaction with our caring walkers and the encounters with other dogs and people will bring them joy and fulfilment.

Remember, the exercise your dog receives during their walks has a positive impact on their overall health, making them happier, calmer, and more content. And the best part? It will make you happier and calmer too!

We invite you to reach out to us soon and experience the difference that First For Pets can make in your dog’s life. Our team is eager to hear from you and provide the care and attention your furry friend deserves. TESTIMONIAL

Used First for Pets for the first time to take our Cockapoo for a long walk and separately that same day to visit and let her out in the garden. Helen was fab with Tilly, she visited prior to us going away to get to know Tilly and allow her to get used to her. She listened and took notes on her preferences and provided a great summary report afterwards (as well as a few WhatsApp messages on the day to confirm all was well).

Would definitely recommend.
